So I've been lagging on my blogging and I'm sorry about that. Anyways, today I want to talk about how you can be confident. So how can you be confident? First, you can start by being confident in your talents. However, many people don't think about the talents they have. Many people don't think they have talents but I know that everyone has a talent. I'd like to tell a story about how I learned how to memorize my marching band music. I have been in marching band for about 3 years now and I couldn't memorize my music to save my life. And recently my section leader told me that I had to memorize my music or I wouldn't be able to have my third quarter at Friday night's football game. I really wanted to have my third quarter so I asked him to help me after school the next day and he said sure. So the next day after school, I met up with him and he started to help me. He told me that I knew my music, I just wasn't confident and he told me to play with confidence. Then he left. I continued to work on my music until Thursday came along and I played for him and he said I was good. So all I had to do was be confident in my music and I could play it with no problem. So you you need to be confident in what you do because if you do that, you may realize you have a talent in something you though you were bad at.

Try
So I'm sorry guys that I haven't been able to post in a few weeks but school has started and it's been really busy. But anyways, I heard this song called Try by Colbie Caillat and I thought it was such an inspirational song and I wanted to share it to you. Basically, I think this song says that you are beautiful the way you are and you don't need to put your make-up on or buy clothes that you don't like just to make others around you like you. I think if they like you just because you do those things, then they don't actually like you, they just like the act that you put on to impress them. So I want to encourage you all, as you go into this school year, dress and act for you and not for anyone else.

Be Yourself And No One Else
So today I was going to talk more about my challenge, which is doing well for me at least. I found out a lot of things that I like about myself and my talents that I didn't notice before. I hope it is doing well for everyone else who is doing it. Anyways, instead of talking about that the whole time, I want to talk about you being yourself around others. In society today I see a lot of people looking over there shoulder and hoping that what they do will impress people. I also see people trying to be other people. Which reminds me about this quote I once heard that says "Don't try to be someone else, they are already taken," and I don't know who said it, but they are right. Whenever you are trying to be someone else, just remember to just be yourself around others because everyone else is already taken. If you try to be someone else or only care about what other people think of you, you'll only be hurting yourself. You start looking up to someone you think who is awesome, which is good that you look up to them, but when you start trying to be like them, you get lonely.
I'm known by my friends as the girl who doesn't care about what anyone thinks about her and I like that, but I wasn't always like that. I used to act like other people who I thought were amazing and my self confidence went way down. Then I started to be myself and I discovered my own kind of beautiful. Plus I found out that the people who I thought were my friends really weren't, so I found a new group of friends who built me up and not down. I want you to try finding your kind of beautiful also and not other people's kind of beautiful. That's what matters is being yourself and finding your own kind of beautiful and never forget that.

When you wake up
When you wake up in the morning, how do you feel? When you look in the mirror, do you love you? Do you think you are beautiful? I am creating this blog to tell you that you should love you and in the morning, you should feel amazing. You are beautiful in your own way. So, if you don't feel good in the morning or if you don't love you or if you don't think your beautiful then I want you to take me challenge.
Challenge:
Your challenge is every morning for two weeks write a list of three different things you like about yourself and before you go to bed at night write three new things that you are good at. And throughout the week keep thinking about the things on your lists and start thinking about how feel. Are you feeling happier and amazing when you wake up? Are you starting to love yourself? Do you feel beautiful? I'm also going to do this challenge for myself and I will be posting my results on the blog.
